The certification course in therapeutic singing is open to everyone, whether you already have singing experience or think you don’t know how to sing. This training course will teach you how to use your voice with the different instruments used in sound therapy.

The aim of this course is to help you connect with your inner self so that you can dare to sing with the various instruments. A koshi will be offered to help you surrender to the experience. You’ll receive all the basic knowledge you need to dare to sing, thanks to mantras, exercises specially designed to help you let go, and illustrated course materials.

Course of the training day :

Morning

– A little theory to understand what happens in your body when you sing (Larynx, diaphragm, tessitura, chest voice, head voice, “OM” sound, sounds, vibrations, vocal cord mechanism, phonation, singer’s posture and vibrations and water memory).
– Practical exercises to prepare the voice.
– Select your Koshi

Lunch break

Afternoon

– Mantra transmission and practice.
– Practical exercises to place the voice on the instruments.
– Sound bath
– Debriefing session.

This course is designed for those who sing regularly as well as for those who don’t dare. Her aim is to unblock you and help you find your vocal path, without judgment and in a caring environment. This is not a singing technique course, but rather one that aims to unleash your potential through your voice.

If you wish, you can bring your own equipment (a bowl, a drum, etc.). There will also be school equipment at your disposal to explore your voice in greater depth and allow you to let go.
