The Tibetan Singing Bowl Practitioner training course offers you the opportunity to learn a complete one-hour protocol for providing stand-alone treatments or complementing other treatments, using the seven bowls corresponding to the seven chakras.

You’ll receive ancestral knowledge from a Nepalese school, encompassing a traditional Tibetan therapeutic treatment involving precise movements and sounds. Sanskrit mantras, mudras, essential oils and semi-precious stones enrich this day of training, to teach you a treatment of extraordinary quality.

You’ll acquire the basic knowledge you need to handle bowls correctly, thanks to practical exercises and illustrated course materials. This sound massage, whose vibrations propagate throughout the body and all the organs of the person receiving the treatment, enables a total rebalancing of energies thanks to a precise technique. This comprehensive training course, leading to certification, will pass on ancestral knowledge and specific know-how.

Course of the training day :

Morning

– A bit of theory (The history of Tibetan singing bowls, the composition of bowls, how bowls are made, how bowls work, the use of bowls and their field of action, how to care for bowls and contraindications)

– Select your bowls (a wide choice of bowls is available to compose your set)

– Learn to manipulate the bowls (striking, singing, striking force, etc.)

– Learn how to use the bowls for yourself and your loved ones (personal cleansing, meditation, cardiac coherence, purification of stones and places).

Lunch break

Afternoon

– Explanation of treatment protocol.

– Care exchange (each student provides and receives care).

– Debriefing session.
