Training as a therapeutic gong practitioner will enable you to acquire a complete treatment protocol for gong baths, which you can pass on as a stand-alone treatment or as a complement to other treatments.

This course will give you the opportunity to work with two handcrafted therapeutic gongs made in Nepal. You’ll receive an ancestral teaching from a Nepalese school, including a traditional therapeutic protocol with specific movements and sounds.

Course of the training day :

Morning

– A little theory (gongs in different civilizations, sacred therapeutic gongs, manufacture, characteristics and types of gong, frequencies and benefits of gongs).
– Select your gongs (a wide choice of gongs is available to compose your gong duo).
– Learn to handle gongs and their various mallets.

Lunch break

Afternoon

– Explanation of treatment protocol.
– Care exchange (each student provides and receives care).
– Debriefing session.

You’ll learn all you need to know to handle gongs correctly, thanks to practical exercises and illustrated course materials. This treatment, performed with the two gongs, whose sound waves travel through the body to harmonize cells, offers unique therapeutic virtues and a sense of well-being for those receiving the treatment.
